WHAT TO EXPECT WITH YOUR TRANSFER CASE?

Transfer cases and angle gears are sold separate from transmissions, unless they are a combined unit, they will be drained of all fluids due to freight shipping requirements. All gaskets and seals must be replaced before installation to prevent any leaking after installation, gaskets and seals are not warrantied.

No sensors or electronic items that are left on a transfer case are warrantied, under any circumstances, if left with the item. These may be left on as a convenience to us for removal purpose.

Installation requirements must be followed and are clearly noted on your invoice. If the installation requirements are not followed your warranty will be void.

All items are shipped drained of fluids. All gaskets, filters and fluids must be changed at time of installation to not void your warranty.

All items are covered by our standard 6 month parts warranty unless stated otherwise on the listing. Parts are intended for use under normal manufacturer’s specifications. Warranty is void if used for any other application. Coverage begins the day the item is purchased and not the day of installation into the vehicle. In the event there is a problem with your purchased item, you need to contact us immediately. Your invoice is your proof of purchase and you must have it for any warranty claim. The warranty coverage is for the item only and does not cover labor or shipping costs. Labor will not be paid under any circumstances. Shipping claims will be evaluated by a case by case basis.
